Renee Racine-Kinnear

Renee leads digital customer experience (CX) for Indigo Books, Canada’s largest books, entertainment and gift retailer. Her focus is on delivering against the customer’s expectation of a simple, enjoyable online shopping experience. By delivering insight into customer perspectives, she has helped to establish and grow leading internet properties, communities and a variety of successful digital programs across many verticals including retail ecommerce, financial, CPG, travel/tourism and entertainment. Renee has had the honour of working with many notable brands (and their agencies) prior to joining Indigo including Aeroplan, BMO, CBC, Clairol, Crest, Delta Hotels, Foresters, Hilton, HSBC, Lavalife, Olay and others.
