Dave Mack is an experienced and well-respected E-commerce executive with over 20 years of Retail expertise. His energetic and enthusiastic leadership style continues to drive his success in the Canadian marketplace as he heads up one of Canada’s largest Wireless and Consumer Electronics Retailer on-line businesses, TheSource.ca. With a tireless focus on innovation within his current organization, he currently heads up all on-line activities at TheSource.ca including E-commerce and Business Development and has driven high double digit growth consistently over the past few years. Dave and his team leverage omni-channel strategies to accelerate the business forward, while maximizing productivity, resource efficiency, and improved operational costs all focused on ensuring The Source stays top of mind with Canadian consumers. His team’s efforts have earned industry recognition for several innovative digital initiatives including their 2013 win of the Top Achievement Award by the IMA as well as Bazaarvoice's Social Impact finalist award alongside Social Marketing leaders like American Express and LL Bean. He studied Business at the University of New Brunswick, and currently resides in Ontario, Canada with his wife and three kids.
